Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 2 Custard Apple discard the seeds and take out the pulp


  • 2 Packet Heritage Toned Milk


  • 2 tbsp Sugar


  • 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice soak for 1/2 an hrs.


  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder


  • 6 Cashew Nuts Chopped


  • 7 Raisins / Kismis Chopped

Directions

  • Boil the milk in low flame.
  • Once the milk is boiled and the milk reduced. Add rice and boil the rice in slow flame till the rice become mashy
  • Add little sugar. Mix....well. Till the sugar dissolves.
  • Then add Custard Apple pulp. Cook till the kheer become gravy
  • Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful serving bowl. Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Ready to serve
